convention representative, Pabel has over 15 years of workforce
coordination and supervisory knowledge. A native of Cataño, Puerto
Rico, Pabel started his career as a Spanish/English translator and has
ground floor experience in a variety of settings from employee
relations, convention management, call center supervisor and security
coordinator. Pabel possesses the unmatched ability to manage and
direct large diverse workforces for outdoor festivals, conventions,
flyer distribution, security crews, and others.
Pabel’s experience
includes working with a range of anywhere between 5 to 100 employees
under his direction at any given time. His primary responsibilities
include training and preparation of the workforce according to the
assignment requirements.
